Citizen Science

Nature Unlocked - Trees for Bees

Trees for Bees is Wakehurst’s citizen science project investigating which flowering trees are favoured by our native pollinators.

On our community pollinator monitoring workshops, you can hear from one of our pollination scientists and learn how to spot pollinators around the gardens. For more info, contact us at wakehurstcommunity@kew.org

Nature Unlocked - Biological Societies Bioblitz

In May, Wakehurst are collaborating with multiple biological recording societies to create a baseline survey of the flora and fauna of Wakehurst that will underpin all research strands of Nature Unlocked.
