Botanical Blues

Alongside Expressions in Blue in the Shirley Sherwood Gallery, paintings from the Shirley Sherwood Collection will also be on display in Gallery Six.

Curated by Dr Shirley Sherwood, Botanical Blues, is a unique collection of botanical art that celebrates the rare allure of blue in irises, nigella and more, exploring nature's most elusive colour.

This collection will showcase works from botanical artists including Susannah Blaxhill, Jinyong Feng and Ursula Romero, depicting many remarkable plant species which can be found in Kew's record-breaking Living Collection.
