Remember:

  • We allow a cooling off period of 1 working day from the point that the booking is confirmed. During this period, you will be able to review your booking details and request to cancel or alter your visit on one occasion without incurring cancellation or alteration fees. 
    If you would like to cancel or make an alteration to a confirmed booking outside of the cooling off period, you may incur fees in line with our booking terms and conditions.
  • Please allow 3 working days for us to process bookings.

We** will use your data to fulfil an agreement with you and for legitimate interest purposes. Your information is accessible by Kew Schools team and other teams at Kew involved in Schools related processing. We will use your information to deal with queries, to obtain feedback and to provide you with information that may be relevant or of interest to you or your school/ organisation. This may include sending you newsletters outlining details of new educational initiatives being run at Kew and Wakehurst, information on Endeavour (Kew's interactive library of teaching resources) and opportunities to take part in competitions and CPD training. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time from these newsletters by selecting 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of an email from us.

Booking information will be retained for 7 years to comply with financial legal obligations and you will receive updates from us until you ask to be removed from the list. Kew’s privacy policy explains what data we collect and why, how we use it and other information relevant to the privacy of your data.
